The BowFlex VeloCore Bike 16" is discontinued and is no longer sold. When it was available, BowFlex described the BowFlex VeloCore Bike 16" this way: Once shipped from our regional warehouse, it will be in transit to the delivery hub closest to your location. You will receive email updates and optional text notifications from our delivery partner regarding shipment progress. You can then schedule the delivery time that best fits your schedule. (Please be on the lookout for phone calls from our delivery partner.) Deliveries are performed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday. Signature required at the time of delivery. *Separate streaming subscriptions required. Supported streaming services subject to change. *All parts and electronics replaced through protection plans must be as a result of a failure.

The BowFlex VeloCore Bike 16" has been discontinued and is no longer sold by BowFlex. The current model in its place is the VeloCore Bike - 22". If you already own a BowFlex VeloCore Bike 16", it is still supported — see the support section below.
